Arrive at Phuket International Airport
Friday 27 November, Phuket local time (ICT, UTC+7). Allow approximately 45–90 minutes for immigration, luggage and meeting your driver. This is a planning allowance, not an airport service guarantee.
Meet your pre-booked driver
Book a flight-tracked private car for two with luggage. Confirm the international-arrivals meeting point, waiting allowance, late-arrival charge and driver contact in writing. Do not depend on catching the final bus.
Late check-in, water and sleep
Your reservation must begin on 27 November even if you reach reception on 28 November. Ask the hotel to hold the room after midnight and confirm a staffed reception. Keep a snack in your hand luggage.

Food plan
Arrival snacks are budgeted at ฿300 · ₹825 for two. Hotel kitchen hours are unconfirmed; bring a simple snack rather than relying on a late meal.
Before & during the day
- Before flying: send the operator 6E 1081 and 27 November 22:40 ICT, plus hotel name once booked.
- After baggage: message the driver from the agreed meeting point; retain the luggage tags until both bags are accounted for.
- At reception: confirm the room is charged from 27 November and ask about breakfast, checkout and tour pickup location.
